Placemats for RI Meals on Wheels

The Narraganset Bay Quilters has also joined in on making placemats for the
RI Meals on Wheels program. The goal is to be able to give one to each recipient of a daily hot meal.

At the guild meeting this week, donated orphan blocks were matched up with batting and backing. Members were able to take one home to finish it up. At the end of the meeting there were still some bundles available so I was able to take two.  Here they are - ready for a hot meal. Thanks to the quilter who donated the blocks!

Fuchsia Sketch

Just added a little of color to this sketch of my sister's Fuchsia.
The watercolor made the paper buckel. Probably should have used colored pencils.
